On-line Customer Care website where you can manage your Telephone, Internet and Direct TV service accounts.
The objective of the project is to develop a centralized web-based application, that would replace the currently in-use
system for achieving greater efficiency and manageability. It would help in entry, maintenance and access of data and the integration of
it from various departments. This will also help in making the information available to all the owners/administrator of the company at any time.
Some of the features incorporated into this project are
Online chat:
The objective of the chat module is to provide users the ability to communicate with the
customer service representatives (CSRs) and enables the customers to reap the full benefits
from the website. This chat module is developed especially for "Customer contacting on-chat-
available-Agent on demand"-Function. It would help in increase customer satisfaction and sales
which leads to better service quality.
 
Report Generation:
The main functionality of this module is to generate the monthly bills of the customers in the PDF
format on demand. This report generation populates the report dynamically with data specific to the
logged-in user. This module also helps in exporting the reports into Portable Document Format (PDF).
 
Shopping cart:
This shopping cart system helps the user in choosing the phone features based on the phone number.
Once the customer chooses his/her order, an option to add the product to the cart will be given and lastly the order will then be sent to the company.
The entire features cart was developed by using Telerik grid control.
