infrastructure development and support where one or more of the

- e-Commerce enablement
- browser based system development
- web enablement of legacy and/or client server systems

project management either on a project basis or Time and Materials

| We typically require over five (5) years of progressive experience in
the areas of web-based technologies, project management and business
analysis. We prefer our project managers to be PMP certified.
Successful technologists will typically be well versed in either the
Microsoft or J2EE environments. Past positions will include OO
Developers, Architects, Web Administrators and Web Testers. |

| Most companies in the Chicago and St. Louis market are technology-staffing
companies, meaning they will attempt to fill any technology related
position needed by their clients regardless of skill set. We, however,
specialize in those positions associated with web technology
engagements where the consultant will: |
- Manage the project
- Define the business requirements
- Translate the business requirements into system requirements
- Design, build and implement the required infrastructure
- Design and build the application
- Test and implement the application
- Provide best practices assessments and training

| It is comprised of four separate categories. First, insurance benefits
are provided in the form of health insurance, dental insurance, life
insurance, short-term disability and long-term disability insurance.
Second, retirement planning benefits are provided with our 401(k) plan.
Third, paid time off is accrued at the rate of two days per month or a
total of 24 days per year to use as you need for vacation, holidays,
sick or personal days off the job. Fourth, company perks are in the
form of education and training reimbursement, monthly and annual gift
awards and an annual summer picnic and holiday party. |

| It is comprised of two major components, salary and benefits. Each
consultant is hired at a specific salary, which is subsequently broken
down into an hourly equivalent. For each hour billed to the client, the
consultant is paid that hourly equivalent rate. Benefits fall into the
categories of insurance, retirement planning, paid time off and company
perks. |

In fact, obtaining industry certifications is encouraged and reimbursed
where important to the technologies and platforms we embrace. To
provide the flexibility to maintain competitiveness and ensure fiscal
responsibility, each training and education request is handled on a
case-by-case basis. If technology is moving in a new direction, our
clients demand a certain technology or you need training to maintain
marketability, our training program will satisfy the need. |
